Ryan has been part of a number of development practices with both nationally and  international consultancy experience, with over 20 years’ experience working on projects ranging from £5m to £600m in construction value. His experience has covered a range of developments, including large-scale mixed-use regeneration, residential, student towers, retail, hotel, public buildings and industrial schemes including both refurbishment and new build of numerous developments.

As an experienced Development and Project Director with key areas of expertise in development viability, multi-discipline design team procurement and management, contract negotiations, asset optimisation and project team management.  Qualifications in construction, surveying, architecture, and real estate form a strong and holistic understanding of the development process.
